 How can you cope with stress, pressure to perform and the challenges you are facing during your studies? In this workshop, we will take a closer look at resilience — the ability to cope constructively with stressful situations. You will learn about the key factors that contribute to resilience and receive practical exercises and prompts for self-reflection and building your resilience.

 Introduction to the concept of resilience 
  - Key resilience factors and how to strengthen them 
- Mindfulness as an essential basis for resilience 
- Exercise 
- Practical tools to promote personal resilience 
- Everyday self-care and stress management tips 
Goals
 Gain new perspectives, helpful strategies and strengthening impulses for everyday study life. 
 Target Group  
 This workshop is aimed at students and PhDs who want to improve their resilience in order to deal constructively with stress and change.
