Join us for the International Day of University Sports (IDUS) on 24 September 2025 on campus!
Don’t miss this active day full of exciting movement and coordination challenges. Enjoy a fun event with Unisport, where you can show off your skills and athletic talent. Great prizes await you!

What is IDUS?
IDUS is an international day of action celebrating university and college sports. The aim is to inspire students from all disciplines to engage in physical activity and sports. The day features fun and challenging activities that will both entertain and test your abilities.

What can you expect?
At three different locations across campus, you’ll find movement challenges. At each location, you can choose and complete two out of four tasks. Just drop by, take part, and win.
If you complete two out of four challenges, you’ll receive a small prize.

In addition, each location will host a Daily Prize Challenge. If you take on this extra challenge, you’ll participate in the Wall Sit Challenge. One great prize will be awarded to the top female and top male participant.
