Course description
Join us in this weekly class where we practice meditation for the real world.

Our class includes a blend of guided meditations, breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and group discussions. We tailor each session to the groups specific interests and needs, ensuring a personalised and enriching experience.

In this class you will:

  • Experience the soothing feeling of group meditation sessions
  • Learn tools to help you manage stress and fatigue
  • Practice using your breath as a tool to alter your energy and mood
  • Connect with a community of like-minded individuals
  • Gain tips to integrate meditation in your daily life
  • Improve your well-being and resilience over time

This class welcomes everyone, regardless of meditation experience. It is an open space for genuine conversations, free from judgment and comparison. Come as you are and join a community dedicated to personal growth and well-being.

GoalOur focus is on equipping you with practical tools and techniques that can easily be integrated into your daily life, both on and off the meditation cushion. We aim to help you reduce stress, manage fatigue, connect with yourself, build trust and confidence, and foster meaningful connections with others.

Location
Bubble Yoga studio: Kirchgasse 12, 9000 St.Gallen (entrance door is at the back of the building, from the path in front of Magnihalden fountain)

Equipment
All equipment for meditation is available at the studio. Simply wear comfortable clothes. If you like to take notes or journal, you are welcome to bring your notebook.
