Course description
In this class, you are guided into a simple meditation practice and learn more about how to make the practice a regular part of your life. This is also the place to open conversations about meditation, mindfulness and how to use these tools to reduce stress and find more balance.

Goal
Meditation has the capacity to reduce stress, release accumulated fatigue, be more present and connect to yourself.

Bubble Yoga studio: Kirchgasse 12, 9000 St.Gallen (entrance door is at the back of the building)
